I'm Carly — an independent travel consultant based in Essex, with many years of experience in the industry. I have been arranging holidays since 1997 and still love what I do today. I have a genuine love of travel and customer service and I am proud to create holidays that people talk about long after they get home. I work with one of the largest travel organisations in the UK and together with my customer care team we deliver a seamless travel experience.
When you book with me, you're choosing an experienced, professional travel consultant with almost 30 years in the travel industry. I take pride in offering a personal, friendly service, taking the time to understand exactly what you're looking for and creating a holiday that's perfect for you.
Every holiday I arrange is 100% financially protected, giving you complete peace of mind. I only work with trusted tour operators and suppliers that I've built strong relationships with over many years, ensuring your holiday is booked safely, securely and with companies you can rely on.
As someone who loves to travel, I believe first-hand experience makes all the difference. I've been fortunate to explore destinations across Asia, Australia, the USA — including California and Florida — and most recently Canada and Alaska. I also have extensive knowledge of European holidays, city breaks, ocean and river cruising, and luxury escapes.
The travel industry is constantly evolving, so I'm always keeping up to date through regular training, researching new destinations, and learning about the latest hotels, resorts and experiences. This allows me to offer fresh ideas, expert advice and plenty of inspiration to help you discover your next perfect holiday.
One of my favourite things to create is a tailor-made itinerary. Whether you're dreaming of a bucket-list adventure, a multi-centre holiday, a USA road trip, or a completely bespoke journey, I'll work with you to design an itinerary that's as unique as you are.
I work with a wide range of suppliers, from tailor-made specialists and luxury tour operators to mainstream brands like Jet2 Holidays, easyJet Holidays, and TUI. When booking with me you receive the added benefit of my personal expertise, honest recommendations and support from the moment you enquire to the moment you return home.
I'm happy to help in whatever way suits you best — by phone or email, during office hours Monday to Friday, or flexibly outside those times whenever possible. No request is too big or too small.
I only recommend what I genuinely believe is right for you.
You deal with me directly, start to finish. No call centres, no being passed around.
I do not charge you for my services — I get paid by the airlines and tour operators once you have travelled. Booking with me adds a layer of service and value to your holiday.

What We've Been Up To
We have just returned from the most relaxing week in Corfu. I can highly recommend the Grecotel Daphnila if you are looking for a premium all inclusive in a wonderful setting. The food and service were exceptional!
I've recently completed specialist training with Latin American specialists Latin Routes in the amazing location of Costa Rica, such an opportunity to deepen my knowledge of Latin America as well as experiencing the amazing destination of Costa Rica!
I recently attended the annual ABTA travel convention in Madeira. Keeping to up to date with the latest travel trends, regulations and industry updates. It was my first time in Madeira and I will certainly be back, it is a beautiful place!
